1000 Island dressing
Ingredients


1/2 cup Mayo from Mrs Hariprasad's recipe
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar 
1 tbsp fine sugar
1 tbsp sweet relish
Dash of black/white pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp finely chopped onion 

Directions

Combine all the above ingredients and stir well.
Place in an air tight jar and leave in the fridge to chill. 
Just before serving give it a nice stir .
Serve over salad or on sandwiches and enjoy.
