The Members of Abroad Indians.com For Godo Health Some Important Tips as Follows: 1. Avoid Sleep lates and try to wake up early morning for Fajar Salah (prayer) In Masjid. 2. Morning Walk, and light Exercise. 3. Avoid out side food and Ordinary water always try to use Mineral water for Drinking and try to Drink water more and more Specialy in Gulf there more Patent for stone form in kidny. And always try to take home cooking foods. 4. Always we are in Office in Air Condition and in Car also A/c try to take a walk and light exercise in evening after office. 5.One Important thing take food on time and always thanks to Allah and try to pray five times prayer without fail, Inshallah you are all alwys in good health.
