Healthy smoothie
Ingredients


2 cup frozen strawberry
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup guava (skin & seeds removed)
1 cup low curd
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 tsp flax seed

1 tbsp walnuts
4 tbsp pure honey
1/2 cup low fat milk(if u like ur smoothie more liquidy add more milk 2 bring it 2 ur consistency).
Topping (for each serving):
1 scoop low fat ice cream (opt)
2-3 leaves fresh mint
Directions
In a blender combine all the above ingredients.
