How to treat sprains at home
Ligament injury is called sprain. When stretching occurs beyond capacity then the sprains happen.  When a muscular rip appears in the same way the situation is also identified as a strain. •    Arrange for the outermost leaves of the cabbage & place them in warm water. Now place it on sprain & leave it for almost 10-15 minutes.
•    Arrange for some freshly chopped onion & enfold the area with it. This excellent remedy is able to reduce your pain.
•    For treating sprain you can also use black coffee.
•    For sprains smearing the garlic as well as almond oil has been found to be beneficial.
•    While taking a bath adding a little bit of Epsom salt in the water have been identified to be effective for treating sprain.
•    To get some useful remedies smear lavender oil on the damaged area. It will give you some good treatment.
•    For reducing the pain you can also use some cold compress on the damages area.
