Pepper Rice

Ingredients
2 cups rice 1 bunch curry leaves 5 or 6 red chilles little tamarind 2 tsp black pepper half cup groundnut 1/2 tsp mustard seeds salt to taste oil for frying Directions clean curry leaves grind curry leaves together with tamarind, red chilles, pepper and make to a paste and keep aside cook rice take a pan heat oil add mustard seeds and ground nut fry then add the paste and fry till oil separates now add salt to the cooked rice and mix thoroughly close the lid and cook for 5 mins remove and serve hot with raita |
