Ingredients
Juices of 3 limes ¼ cup mint leaves chopped 1 inch piece ginger 1 cup strawberry crush Sprite or soda – to dilute Ice cubes as requried Directions Make ginger and mint paste by adding enough water, strain Mix strawberry crush,mint and ginger juice and lemon juice by adding little water in a bowl Divide the mixture into four glasses, add some ice cubes stir to mix and top up the glasses with soda Garnish with mint leaves and serve |
