Ragi Roti Recipe – Healthy Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups ragi flour
1 cup onions (chopped finely)
1/2 cup coriander (chopped)
2-3 green chilies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 cup fresh coconut (grated)
Salt as per requirement
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp ginger (grated)
Water as per required

How To Make Ragi Roti?
1.In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and prepare soft dough.
2. Make a ball of the dough and spread it evenly on a tava (use oil).
3. Fry the roti until golden brown and serve it with ghee or butter.
