Recipe of methi with moong daal
Ingredients:- 50 grams moong daal or half small bowl,500 g methi leaves,200 g radish leaves,7-8 green chillies,3-4 garlic colves, salt , and oil.


first take half bowl moong daal and soak overnight. next day take methi wash properly and chopped finely.and chopped rasidh leaves also.now take a pan and put 2tblspoon oil, when oil is heated put cumin seeds after put finely chopped garlic and green chilles,then put soaked moong daal and methi and radish leaves also,salt to taste.and stir well after 10 min when its dry then off gas and server it in the bowl. you can use moong daal sprauts also.

serve with paratha and roti.
