SHRIMP TOAST APPETISER |

INGREDIENTS
Big shrimps--16 egg-1 cornflour-2tablespn salt and pepper to tase bread slices-4 onion-1 Beat egg and add salt,corn flour and pepper to it.Marinate shrimps in this. Remove bread's skin and cut in to 4 pieces. Top shrimp on each piece of bread and pour remaining egg mixture on top of the shrimp. Chop onion and put this on top of each shrimp and fry in oil till it becomes brown |
