Tips to reduce weight
I SWEAR...

Its my experience and I have been following this diet for more than a month and I have reduced my weight.

Morning: In a empty stomach, after brushing up the teeth, drink a glass of LUKE WARM WATER and after 10 mins drink a cup of GREEN TEA. 1 hour later, have some coffee or tea or milk as per ur choice.

For Breakfast: 2 dosa/ 2 idli / 1 cup of cornflakes (limited).

Before having meals in the afternoon... Have 1 medium sized bowl of fresh green vegetable salad (carrot, cucumber, beetroot, cabbage,...etc) I prepare different kinds of salads everyday. I prepare vegetable salads, protein salads which is made of all moong sprouts, channa sprouts..etc.

Meals: 1 cup of rice(soup bowl size), 1 cup of dhal or sambar, 1 cup of (keerai in tamil), 1 cup of vegetable curry, 1 cup of skimmed yoghurt or u can beat the curd and have it like laban(buttermilk)... I dont mix curd with rice. I simply eat like that. Sometimes I skip the rice and have 2 chapathis/rotis... If I make rasam, I will drink that like a soup...

Tea time: 1 cup of light tea or sometimes I have juices, with 2 buscuits(digestive buscuits).

Night Dinner: No rice in night time. I make only tiffen items like chapathi, paranthas without oil, idly, dosa or upma... etc.

If u follow the diet, u will surely reduce the weight... (Should do some basic activities)... I do morning exercise... like 20 mins walking, then 10 mins cycing...and, I have a baby so I spend time with her. So, this is making me feel very light and energetic... and have reduced 2 kgs within a month... Try this out...!!! It really works..!!!
