Transfer of Visa 18 (Project)
posted by jj i am working for a sub contractor for KNPC and i have a visa 18 on my passport. i was bought from India by one of the agents on the contract. i have already worked with this company for 3 yrs now and i want to get a realease and transfer my visa. but my company refuses to give me a realease and ask me to resign, and they say that if i resign they will send me back home without any benefits. i need advice to know; 1)if i can transfer my visa 2)can the company cancel my residance and send me back home. 3)can i transfer 18 visa to any company or only to another project.4)can the co renew my contract without my signature. i am really not happy with my job, and need to resign, as the mgmt of my co is bad and are Egyptians. Please advice ? |
