Boat catches fire off coasts of Salmiya |

A boat caught fire just off Salmiya area's beach front, said the marine rescue center of Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD) on Monday.
Head of Public Relations in the KFSD Khalil Al-Amir told KUNA that KFSD teams rescued the person who was on the boat and transferred him to the hospital for treatment. The accident occurred due to a personal error, stated the official, noting that sea-goers should take the necessary precautions before heading out to the waters. |
