KOC signs KD 48.35 mln contract with Italian company for laying pipeline in north |

Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) signed a KD 48.35 million contract on Wednesday with the Italian engineering technologies company, ABB Italia, for laying a crude oil pipeline from northern Kuwait to the central mixing unit and the northern reservoirs.
In a press release, KOC said that the contract's duration was 750 days, inclusive of laying down a pipeline with a 30 inch circumference, measuring 123 kilometers long. It will transport 315,000 barrels of oil per day, and will be equipped with developed control and measurement devices. |
