World's Youngest CEO
At the age of 17, Suhas Gopinath was termed the ‘World’s youngest CEO’.

When he was in the grade 7, he was introduced to the world of the internet by his elder brother who took him to a cyber café. It fascinated him so much that he wanted to offer things like website design which consisted of email, voicemail and videomail services too. And finally, at the age of 14, a network solutions company asked him to host their website.

After that, he started focusing on tapping the NRI market and providing them with information related to visas, restaurants available abroad, etc. It started off as a home-office which later became an enterprise.

However, as the laws in India did not permit a person who was still a minor to setup a company, hence he had to setup Global Inc in San Jose. And now, Global Inc has a team with more than 600 members, and has its offices in more than 11 countries around the world.

Looking up to Bill Gates and Michael Dell, Gopinath sacrificed his student life to achieve the success he has achieved today. Now he only manages to catch about 4 hours of sleep every night as compared to the 8-9 hours earlier, plus he has to coordinate with his offices in the States!
