Austin Kannada Sangha (AKS) is an official non-profit organization for Kannadigas living in Austin and surrounding areas. AKS was formed in the year 2000. The purpose of this organization is to provide an opportunity for Kannada speaking immigrants from India to promote and preserve Kannada language and culture in North America.
