Fiord land National Park is a popular tourist destination among the locals as well as the international tourists coming to New Zealand.
There are numbers of attractions stored in for you. You can visit the Browne falls and the loftiest falls in the world, the Sutherland Falls.
You can take short strolls, along the beautiful paths inside the forest admiring the scenic beauty of the jungle.
The national park is a favorite destination for the alpine climbers, particularly for the trampers .The Route burn, Kepler, Hollyford, and the Milford are some of the popular tracks.
Some of the flora and fauna which welcomes you are the Kakapo (the only parrot in the world, which cannot fly), birds, seals, deers, and trees like Nothofagus, Blechnum discolor, Crown Fern, etc.
You can also visit the Milford Sound, a fjord inside the Fiord land National Park.
Milford Sound: This fjord is a lengthy, tapered inlet with cliffs or sharp slide formed in a valley engraved by the activities of the glaciers.
You can visit the underwater observatory;where you can catch a glimpse of the beautiful coral reefs. The reefs are home to a number of underwater living organisms like anemones, coral, planktons, different types of sharks and fishes.
