Mount Faber is a hilly area located close to the Bukit Merah planning aeea in the central region. It is a situated at a height of about 105 meters (344 ft).Mount Faber overlook the areas like the Telok Blangah and Central area's western parts.

Since the place offers a panoramic view, it is a most frequently visited tourist spot. It slopes forms parts of the Singapore cable a system and it connects the Sentosa and the Harbor front. Form the Harbor Front MRT station, Mount Faber is easily accessible.

There is a building called the jewel box. The name was inspired by the architecture of the building. – A musical jewel box. Its glowing luster can be seen from a distance. Once can witness the blinking star lights, varying color washes on the external frontage and the sparkling cable cars.
