You can find a variety of endangered species brought from other parts of Indonesia and as well as from other countries. There is a total of 3,122 inhabitants’ residing amid lush green surroundings.
Some of the residents you can find here are native dwellers like Komodo dragon, tapir, orangutan, Sumatran tiger, anoa, banteng wild ox, and a variety of vibrantly tinted bird species, etc.

Reptiles’ enclosure
Here you can fin both venomous and non venomous snakes like albino pythons, king cobras, Asian reticulated pythons, and also other reptiles’ l turtles. The renowned Komodo dragons are kept in separate enclosure. In the river valley wetlands, you can find the gavial and salt water crocodile.
Mammals
At the primate enclosures you can find various types of gibbons, langurs, and macaques, while the big apes like the Chimpanzees, gorillas and orangutans are housed at the Schmutzer Primate Centre.
Some of the other animals you can see are the big carnivores, like, lions, tigers, leopard, and other animals’ tapir, babirusa, llama, camel, antelope, Arabian Oryx.
Adjacent to the zoo lake, on its southern end are seperate enclosures where you can watch the famous white Bengal tigers, Sumerian tigers, sun bear and American black bear.
Some of the birds kept on display are swans, Australian Pelicans, and ducks, brahminy kite, White-bellied Sea Eagle, Javan Hawk-eagle, Bali Starling, Crested Serpent-eagle, Palm Cockatoo, Lesser Bird-of-paradise, flamingo, Common Hill Myna, etc.

The zoo is opened daily from 07:00am to 17:00pm

The entrance tickets for adults and kids are Rp 4,000 and Rp 3,000 respectively.
