Change of Sponsorship (Less than 2 Years)
In 2010, the 2 years rule applied to change of sponsorship. In order to transfer the sponsorship the expats had to complete 2 years with the first employer. I am in the kingdom from last 6 years and I already had one transfer one and half year ago. I understand this 2 years rule apply only in first transfer.
My question is now, Does this rule apply for all transfers or only FIRST TRANSFER?
Is the rule Different in Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh or unified for all?
Please reply immediately. Send me any link or evidence if you can. Thanks. ASD

RE: Change of Sponsorship (Less than 2 Years)
As per the Labor Ministry, that expatriates have to work at least two years with their present employer in order to get approval for the transfer of sponsorship to another. This law came in to force on April 15, 2010. This law applicable to all the regions in Kingdom.

As per my knowledge it is applicable for all transfer.
