Do i need to pay money for getting new work Visa |

Dear All ,
I'm Suresh Giri, Now i am in India before i was worked in Saudi , Jeddah I came by vacation after 2 years and my iqama date finished November 2013. Now i got one job offer from saudi arabia but for getting new visa consultancy people asking money 10 K indian ruppes for the reason i did not came by exit, i came by re-entry visa and my iqama time was finished. i really dont know about this process to pay money for getting new visa, please let me know if any one know about this process and how much money i need to pay.
