What Do U mean By "Duplicate" License ? , Try Not To Use this word while u stay in Saudi Arabia Cuz it Can Only Lead You to Trouble. You Need To RE-ISSUE Your Lost Driving License , I would Advice You To Approach The Nearest Driving School , They Will Give You A Form , Just Fill It Up & Mention The cause of Re-Issuance As LOST , They Will Stamp Your form & will Give You A Date To Collect the New License !
