Hello , Transfer Of Sponsorship for indians had never been stopped according to my knowledge , yes the new rule that had been implemented is that you cannot apply for a sponsorship transfer unless you have completed 2 years from the date of entry in the kingdom , which is still under effect till today, hence my dear friend , if you have completed 2 years of residency in the kingdom there wont be any restrictions for you.
