NRE's Right to Vote |

Hi all NREs, as you know, we have a good news from India that we are getting chance to use your Right to Vote in the coming elections starting from 2011, express our political opinion and participate in nation building.
It is my experience that if we do not have the right to Vote, no politicians or members of local bodies or any jurisdiction, will consider us. During the last local body election in Kerala I was on vacation, but I could not Vote as my name was not in the list. No local political leaders come to us or mind us, they behave us like a stranger. When we get the chance to Vote, I know, these local leaders should come to us and pretend as friends and favorists.!!! |
