Renewal Issues

My wife is going to India. Since my Iqama is valid only for 2 months I can't send her for 9 months exit re-re-entry unless my Iqama is renewed.. My Iqama renewal may take time as I am changing my sponsership in between. Please help me know the following things.
1. What if my wife goes on 1 month exit and dont come back and I re apply her visa after few months all over again. Will there be any problem later in Saudi Embassy India as she was a resident and didnt come back? 2. What if I send her on final exit and re-apply her visa after few months all over again. Will there be any problem as the same sponser (me) is sending on final exit and bringing her back. 3. What is the procedure if I change my sponsorship and wife is on my Iqama? Appreciate your help and advice.. ASD |

1. What if my wife goes on 1 month exit and dont come back and I re apply her visa after few months all over again. Will there be any problem later in Saudi Embassy India as she was a resident and didnt come back?
Answer: If You Send Your Wife on 1 month Exit Or A Re-Entry , Either way If she doesn't get back on time within the expiration of the re-entry visa she wont be accepted by the passports at the airport and if she fails to get on time , you dont need to re apply from the beginning if you stay under the same sponsor , all thats to be done is prepare an extension letter on your company' letter head, mentioning a medical reason ,get it attested by the chamber of commerce and the foreign ministry and send it to your home country & it gets authenticated by the saudi embassy back home & they stamp an extension of 1 month on the same visa. 2. What if I send her on final exit and re-apply her visa after few months all over again. Will there be any problem as the same sponser (me) is sending on final exit and bringing her back. Answer: There Wont Be any problem unless you hold a good profession in your iqama, & yes you will have to restart the family visa procedure from the beginning once again if your wife leaves on an exit visa, the saudi authorities care the least about any expat's personal problems, there is no point that proves or helps you in this situation as its your personal decision. 3. What is the procedure if I change my sponsorship and wife is on my Iqama? Answer: Its a simple procedure , your sponsorship changes along with your dependents, Your Wife or your dependents have to be present in the kingdom at the time of sponsorship transfer just like the guardian cannot renew his iqama unless the dependents are inside the kingdom or cancelled from the iqama for renewal of the iqama, hence its the same procedure, i.e according to the old laws, if they are new laws implemented i am unaware about that . Thanks a lot for such a comprehensive answer. May Allah bless you..
Sorry to bother again but my last question.. Extension can be done only after renewal, When she is in India and can't come back the meantime my transfer and renewal of iqama has to be done coz only 2 months left. so how will it work out.. she can't be preset here for both renewal and transfer time... As I Had Mentioned Above ,To Guarantee Your family Status i would say
Transfer of Sponsorship should be completed with your family present in the kingdom i have checked with one of a Govt relations colleague regarding Your Matter, and accordingly his opinion was the same, One thing that has approached to my knowledge is that , optionally you may send your dependents on a exit-reentry visa if your iqama is valid till the time of their entry , moving further on submit your file for the change of sponsorship because even after the change of sponsor you remain on the same Visa and just the sponsor's name gets changed( remember that Your iqama Must be Valid For At least An Year) proceeding further give her an exit-reentry for 6 months and let her travel, later on after her arrival you need to submit her passport to merge her information in your new sponsor's database, hence My humble advice is to renew your iqama first to be on a safer side, and then go further for the exit-reentry process, you might not know whether the transfer would be completed in the expected time and you must be aware about the profession availability with your new sponsor as its a big concern for holding a permenent family visa. All The rest Is based According to Your Convenience. Dear.
It came to my notice that the dependent need not be here in Saudi at the time of transfer of sponsorship. It is only at the time of renewal.. Is it true?? Please let me know the following. 1. Are dependents needed here in Saudi at the time of transfer of my sponsorship. 2. Is medical test compulsory at the time of renewal? 3. If Answer to 2 is YES, Can a dependent do medical test now (renewal will be after 10 days) and go to stay in other city of the kingdom for personal reason while renewal. 4. Can I do exit-reentry and scan the copy and email to the dependent to exit the kingdom as she will be in different city? Thanks for all support. ASD |

Answer To Question 1 : i have written it already in details in the post above
it would be better for you if they are here at the time of your sponsorship transfer (optional). It isint necessary for them to be here , you can change your sponsorship even if they are not present in the kingdom & re merge them in your new sponsor's database later on. Answer To Question 2: Medical Reports are required in different provinces and profession wise , in the eastern region a medical checkup report isint required , hence depends on the region your are in. Answer To Question 3: yes even though the medical test is done before 1 month , it is accepted by the passports dept Answer To Question 4: Yes They can travel with a scanned copy too ,remember that the stamp must be clearly visible.
