NRI in slave-ish condition
Respected all,

My self working in a construction company here in Abu Dhabi, for d last 3+ yrs. During my appointmet it was told dat weekly working hrs will b 48 hrs & 6 days week, even it iz mensioned in their guide books. After joining 48 ride to 60 & sometimes partial friday also!, During ramadan it was 06am to 04pm. Now this time it breaks all d previous record, earler in my present site it was 07am to 06pm, then again upto 07pm now since 2de onwords it is 07am to 10pm (14+1hrs), ramadan time was 06am to 05pm. Here it is to b noted that as am working as an site office staff, i am meeting d above time but it is wrost for d execution people on d field/site, they R being pressurised 2 stay more dan d above timings. if it is d coditions of officers/engineers den what will B d conditions of labour U can EGly realise. we can not protest as we wil B terminated sooner or later. I dont know who d people R luking after for our welfare in this country. I was also in dillema to Xpress our sorrow as we R afraid, but now it is upto d optimum point where our mental & physical condition does not support for d survival at dis present condition.
Pliz realise our slave-ish condition, advise me & re-act for  d same acordingly.

RE: NRI in slave-ish condition
I would agree totally with you. Whatever you have expressed is 100% correct & more than 90% people have experiencing to it. recently i heard some websites have launched to look after the NRIs problems & solutions. But i dont think how effectively they work.
want to know more about u...
regards
Ravi
