Yes i have been there. It is a very nice experience. But i dont think you can visit the place throughout the year.

The turtle walk takes place at night. You get to see turtles come ashore and lay eggs. You also get to see new born turtles at the beach. I am not sure about the season, but the turtle beach is a must visit.
