The following are the documents required for an individual to get a Poland visa

All persons who wish to enter Poland must have a valid passport in his possession ahead of the arrival date

The requirements for Poland visa application

(a)A valid passport (three months from the planned departure’s date from Poland, with a minimum of 2 visa page left blank).

(b) Finished and duly signed application form

(c) Two photos in passport size.

(d)Proof of status of immigration, the country, where the applicant resides, approved in previous and the present passport (if valid)

(e)Fee to be paid by postal order of cash

Short duration (a, e,) & (f) verification of tour schedule, request from family of friends in Poland or accommodation booking.

Long duration (a, e,) & (f) a letter from the organization or company in which the applicant is employed, “and a work promise” original. Individuals, who are self employed must furnish an invitation from their business associate residing in Poland. If the candidate is coming to Poland for the purpose of study, then he must furnish an authorized letter from a university or college he is going to pursue his studies.

Transportation (a, e,) & (f) the country of destination visa.

(g) Transport certification like aero plane or rail ticket.

Note: The Consular offices will not take into consideration the Application, which do not fulfill the above mentioned criteria, and it will be returned to the candidate. Poland visa holders will be scrutinized by the immigration control at the boundary of Poland and are not assured of entry. All the guests must have ample funds in their possession to meet their expenses during their stay in Poland.
