Indian School Khasab is a premium educational institution in the Sultanate of Oman. It was established in the year 1989. It caters to the educational needs of the children, especially the Indian kids in the Musandam province. Initially, the school was started with 3 teachers and 13 students. Now it has around 84 students with 10 teaching & 2 non teaching staffs.

Academic year & the Syllabus

Indian School Khasab follows the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) syllabus, New Delhi. The academic year commences from 1st of April and concludes on the 31st of March.

Amenities & other particulars

Each year, the educational advisor to the Indian schools, Oman conducts the inspection and ensures its caliber. At present the Indian School Khasab provides education from the kindergarten to VII STD. Each year the school organizes the annual arts & sports contest. The school boasts of having a well equipped science and computer lab, well maintained library, and other essential amenities.

For K.G. I the school timings are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

For K.G. II the school timings are from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

For Class I to VII the school timings are from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
