International Indian School Jubail (IISJ)

The school has entered a new era from porto-cabins to a magnificent building well-equipped with all modern amenities that a school of international standard should possess. Dubious subterfuge Transportation contract in Indian International School Jeddah (IISJ) misappropriated millions of Saudi Riyals  from the school funds  !!!


In March 2011 the IISJ administration, on the pretext focusing on the academic improvement of the institution, entrusted the transportation of the students to a private company on dubious contract well covered up by the Higher Board member(s) and the Principal of International Indian School Jeddah (IISJ).

As the contractor did not have any fleet or even a vehicle of his own with him to run a contract of transportation, the school authorities sold eleven (11) buses from the school fleet to the contractor at throwaway price of SR.14, 000/each (Total value SR.1,54,000) and the IISJ purchased 15 brand new buses at the price of SR.186,666.66/each for SR.2.8 million to hand over to the transportation contractor, later. The contractor with inadequate financial background could pay only SR.1 million towards the value of these ve

The School purchased the entire fleet of new vehicles by cash payment to the vehicle dealer / agent in Jeddah. Though they offered IISJ monthly payment by installments, IISJ paid ready cash. But when the entire fleet was handed over to the contractor in March 2011, who has not settled the balance of SR.1.80 million yet, out of the total amount of SR.2.80 million, to the school.  Besides, the buses are still bearing the name and logo of the school, as the contractor is not legally qualified to run a transportation contract. This exposes the conspiracy behind this fully corrupted transportation contract, to serve the interests of those working behind it.
