In order to replace existing driving license with an Irish drying license you need to fill a driving license application form (D401form). Yu can receive a D.401 application form copy from your neighboring Garda station, library or Motor taxation office.

You need to fulfill aD900 form (Exchange of Drivers License Declaration form). You can obtain a D900 copy from local Motor Taxation Office.

Your filled application form must be submitted to the local Motor Taxation Office and must have the following particulars.
