Sarkanniemi is an amusement park in the southern Finnish city of Tampere. It has a planetarium, an aquarium and a Kids’ zoo, an entertainment park a Näsinneula (observation tower), and the northernmost dolphinarium in the universe. Sarkanniemi is Finland’s most famous entertainment park. The theme park boasts of having 7 roller coasters like Tornado (inverted roller coaster), Thrombi (flying coaster), Jet Star, MotoGee, family coaster called Speedy worm (Vauhtimato), Half Pipe, and Flume Ride (Tukkijoki).

Tornado:The tornado roller coaster makes you to fly in ecstasy. It revolves your head and messes up your tresses. The double cobra loops make you lightheaded.

MotoGee roller coaster: Sitting on a motorcycle you can experience the charm of swiftness

Half Pipe: This is another notable and popular ride found at Sarkanniemi Adventure Park. A massive snow board sways you.

Surge: If you intend to keep your garments dry then the Surge is your best bet. It sways on the edge of promontory and you can get relived from the heat, with the winds from Lake Näsijärvi, gently blowing and caressing.

The theme park has added new rides with angry bird themes.

Children’s zoo

You can aloe visit the Kid zoo, which houses a variety of inhabitants. You can make friends right from the smart calves, to lop eared rabbits, from alpacas, ponies and attractive puppies.

You can also enjoy travelling in cart driven by ponies or simply ride on a pony.

Aquarium:The aquarium houses more than two hundred species of fishes caught from lakes, rivers, form various parts of the globe.

Dolphinarium: You will be greeted by five bottlenose dolphins named as Näsi, Veera, Delfi, Eevertti and Leevi. These dolphins with their skill and cheerful attitude are sure to impress you. These friendly creatures on their own create and exhibit innovative brisk presentations. In addition to these, you can find the dolphins training, playing, feeding and frolicking with each other.
