The shopping mall was initially opened in 1957; the Westfieldlgroup purchased it in the year 1996. The shopping centers and nearly 369 specialty stores and services .

Some of the major stores include David Jones, Myer, Harris Scarfe department stores, Target, Kmart, Cools and Woolworth super markets, Big W discount departmental stores., JB HiFi electrical canter , 369 specialty stores , restaurants, café and other services all located on the first floor. Only partial shopping centre is present on the e second floor. The Rebel sport is located on the second floor.
