Martyr’s Square

The Martyr Square is a well-known place in the hub of Beirut. Its innermost sculpture honors the Lebanese nationalists, who were executed by the Ottomans during the First World War. Moreover it an area, where a number of Lebanese assembled, subsequent to the assassination of the Lebanese president.
